Revolution x Alias
Built Rite is out of 9-89, an Alias sow that is a pig raising machine, she farrowed her 7th litter this week. She has farrowed 81 pigs in seven litters, an exotic sow that will get it done!
Revolution is a purebred hampshire boar that Jessie Heimer showed at the Fall Classic, and was reserve champion and top selling. When we saw him at Duncan, we thought he was the best designed, soundest footed hog of all breeds at Duncan. Built Rite gets his soundness of feet and legs from both sides of the pedigree; with his sire being a pure hamp boar, the consistency of his
siring ability will be greatly enhanced. Built Rite is just what his name implies; he has monster bone, huge, square feet and can flat motor all day. He runs uphill, tall fronted, monster level, square, wide top that comes back into a huge, wide, full rump and as good a rear leg set as you can make; huge center body dimension.
Built Rite is a female sire supreme. His females will flat work in any condition. With all the talk that show pig sows can’t have pigs or raise them—that’s not an issue in this pedigree!
You want to win a commercial gilt show, this guy has all you need. He has the right length of body, the right frame size, with great length of front end as well as the correct length of hip to make those productive females. A very massive, stout featured package—one powerful young boar!
